2. Hosting and server logs
This website is built and hosted with Onepage (onepage.io). When you visit a page, technical data is processed to deliver the website and keep it secure: IP address, date and time, pages visited, referring page, browser and device information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with the provider.
3. Cookies and consent
When you first visit, a consent banner asks for your choice. Technically necessary cookies are set because the website needs them (§ 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cookies for analytics or marketing are only used if you agree (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner.
4. Course waitlist
If you join the waitlist for the English course, we process your first name, your email address and your consent. We use this data only to tell you about the English course. It is stored in the CRM of our website provider. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, for example by emailing kai@mitarbeiterfuehren.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. We delete your data when you withdraw your consent or when the purpose no longer applies.
5. Email course
If you sign up for our free email course, we process your email address and, if given, your first name to send you the course emails. We use ActiveCampaign as our email service provider. ActiveCampaign may process data in the USA; transfers are based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.
6. Boss Type Test
The Boss Type Test runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored and are not sent to us.
7. Links to other websites
